I’d like to offer something extra to my friends and family because I know they’d like them too. You can’t help but feel special when you are sharing the joys and pains of your life with someone. That feeling is amplified when you share the joys and pains of your life with someone who is your equal in mind, body and strength.

I can honestly say that I am not a fitness instructor or a personal trainer. I am, however, a regular guy who enjoys eating, drinking, and sleeping just as much as most of my friends. So, when I hear about some great workout routines or great new food I can’t do anymore I do not want to do any of it. I want to know that I am healthy and in good physical shape and that I can eat like a king.

Personally I am a big fan of a healthy, slow metabolism. If you’re like me and your metabolism is always on high speed, you might look like you are in constant danger of getting fat. But by lowering your metabolism from its natural high to the slow range, you’ll be able to put on a few pounds in a short period of time. If you look at the body fat percentage on average bodybuilders, they all look healthy.

Not that long ago I decided the best diet for my body was one that was very low on protein and very high on carbs. After that I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, adrenal fatigue, osteoporosis, and high cholesterol. I am also a strong believer in the power of exercise.

So I have been trying to put on some muscle mass for a while now. But since I started the Paleo diet and I also started cutting my carbs, my metabolism has been stuck in the slow range. This caused my diet to start getting very low in protein and I started to gain weight. I’ve been trying to change my diet to get back to my earlier habits, but I’m only getting as far as a 1/2 pound in the first week.

One of the keys to losing weight is to start following a diet that you can stick to for a while, so you are starting out with a lower calorie intake. While I’m not a fan of high carbs diets, I think that if you stick to a Paleo diet, you should be able to stick to a lower carb diet without gaining weight. This should also be true if you plan to do a calorie deficit for a while.

If you don’t have a good plan for dieting, you can get caught in that cycle of eating more and more, and then having no idea what to do with the extra calories. This is why I recommend following a diet that doesn’t take too much time or effort to stick to. A good example of this would be a Paleo diet.

The Paleo diet is a diet that focuses on eating mostly fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. It is not a strict diet, but only requires that a person eats a certain amount of protein per day. Protein is the building block of any protein-based diet. It’s the first thing we eat in the morning. It’s also the first thing we feel hungry for when we eat.
