I guess it’s kinda hard to really see the comments on Youtube. The reason I say this is because I’m still new to this whole process. It’s a lot to take in. I’ve tried to make it easier for you by posting each comment I receive on the original video itself after first watching it. I’m hoping this will save you some time.
Yes, it’s just like YouTube. You get a notification to post comments for videos you watched, and the comments you post are only visible to you. You can do this for any video that you are in the process of watching. Also, you can subscribe and favorite the videos that you want to keep in your collection.

I know that many people do not visit youtube, but I know that a lot of people who do like to read about the video they are watching are also in the process of watching it. If a video is not available for viewing on YouTube, it is not available for viewing on YouTube. I know that that is not very nice, but the point is that if a video is not available for viewing on YouTube, there is no way to know if a video is available for viewing on YouTube.
In the end, that’s a very bad thing. We expect a public service to be available if it can be, and that expectation is baked into the video hosting model. If a video is not available for viewing on YouTube, that doesn’t mean that the video is unavailable for viewing.
Thats how I read the article. If YouTube has not made any policy to make it available for viewing on YouTube, then you can be sure that it is not, because Youtube is not a public service that is made available for viewing on YouTube.
I am actually very happy to see YouTube making public service work for people. Its much harder to have that same expectation of having a video available for viewing if the video is not available for viewing. As long as you are able to get content to the user before it is posted to the video, you are on good terms with YouTube.
