For many firms, the security and privacy of the data stored in a public cloud service is still an issue. The public cloud utilizes the internet for data storage and other services. Since your servers are accessible from anywhere in the globe by the internet, anyone can use them!

Due to multiple customers in the cloud, the security provided might not be sufficient for highly confidential data. There is a minimal risk of a breach between users on a public network. Still, misuse by outsiders and cybercriminals can put yours at risk because an attack on the primary server creates a breach for every client’s system.

As mentioned earlier, you don’t need to worry about managing the cloud because the provider already takes care of that task. With this, the cloud is already in a standard format, and you have little to no option or control in customizing it. All of the users of the cloud share the same infrastructure. If your business has a specific need in a cloud, it might not fulfill it because of the one-size-fits-all fashion.
