We’ve all been there, and it’s frustrating. You delete a screenshot on your mac but it doesn’t seem to be deleted. You try to delete it multiple times and it still shows up on your mac. What happens if you go to the screenshot on the mac and tap Delete? How do you delete the file? We’ve all been there.
The best way to get rid of screenshots on a mac is to delete all of the ones that arent important. It looks like the file is a folder of random screen captures of various levels and is probably only about 10 megabytes in size. One way of removing them is to run them through a mac file converter.
After we’ve figured out the way to remove screenshots, we go back to the computer and delete the files from the mac. Sometimes it will take a while, maybe 15 seconds, to delete the file, but the file will be gone. We delete them by creating a folder and then deleting the folder.
The file is most likely a screenshot of a level or two. To delete the screenshot you can use a mac file converter to convert the screenshot into a folder.
Mac file converters are a really easy way to remove screenshots. The only thing to watch for is that they might not delete the screenshot if it is a PNG file. If it is a JPEG or TIFF, they will not delete it.
If it is a PNG file and you have a PNG file, then you can use an app to convert the PNG file to an JPEG or TIFF file.
It’s worth pointing out that the Mac file converter is not a free tool and that you will have to pay for it if you want to remove screenshots that were taken with your mac in the past.
Converters that come with some Macs now can convert PNG files too, but it is worth taking the time to do it yourself. You can find a PDF Converter.app that will take a PNG file and convert it to a PDF file with the same features as our tool.
This tool also works on Windows, Mac, and Linux machines.
Macs have a built-in file converter app called JPEG or TIFF, which will convert any image file you save as a JPEG or TIFF to a PNG file. It also gives you the option to set the size (or file size) of the image before it is converted. You can then delete these files from your photos and other digital photos.
