Nokia believes that social media is a big part of the company’s future. They say this by saying that they are going to build a social media department. They want to build up the company and get more people to use their product. So they are working to build up their social media and customer service. The nokia social media team is working with some of the most famous companies (like Twitter, Twitter, and Instagram) to get them to use their content in social media.

I thought it was a very good move by Nokia to develop a social media presence as well. It lets them take the pressure off of being a company who doesn’t have any social media presence and get out of the “social media” business. It’s a smart thing to do also because it gives them a real shot at competing with the other phone companies in mobile social media.

Nokia is obviously aware of these opportunities, and thus it has invested heavily in social media. The first thing they do is to get their customers to use these social media sites. So the first thing that they do is promote their own sites. Nokia is already on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Flickr. They just need to get more people to join them, and its likely they will do that by taking advantage of these social media sites.
