This self-awareness is often called the three-level of self-awareness. The three levels are: the level of self-awareness that one has when there is no self-awareness, the level of self-awareness that one has when there is a lack of self-awareness, and the level of self-awareness that one has when there is a great lack of self-awareness.

It happens when there is a lack of awareness of anything that a person is doing.
A lack of self-awareness is when a person says to themselves, “I have no idea why I am doing this.” and that lack of awareness is a big part of the problem. The other big part of the problem is that we’ll forget how we did something if we don’t keep track of it. One has to be aware of the fact that he did something or he might forget it later.
We have a list of self-awareness things that we can all learn from. When we can all look back and see what we did wrong, we have a whole list of things we can learn from. And we can use this list to help us see the self-awareness we currently lack.
You can’t expect to become a master of self-awareness if you haven’t had a chance to learn from your mistakes. We all make mistakes. So when you find yourself with a new, stressful project, you can make a list of things you want to remember, and then commit to remembering them. And by committing to your list, you’ll be more likely to notice when you made a mistake.
I think we have all made mistakes. The difference is that when we make mistakes, we’re aware of them. With self-awareness, when we make a mistake, we’re not aware of it, which is why we can fix it. But if we made a mistake and didn’t fix it, it could be hard to recover from.
In the case of a new project, we tend to make a great deal of lists. But even with a list, we might not be aware of how we got to where we’re at. Self-awareness, just like self-love, is about self-awareness. You have to be able to tell yourself that you have self-awareness when you are in the middle of something that makes you feel uncomfortable.
When we start something, we tend to become aware of a lot of things. We might not even be aware of what we’re doing. Self-awareness is much better than self-love. It puts you in control of your own destiny. It is a way to determine when you have grown and matured.
Self-awareness isn’t something that just happens. It’s not something that you “get” when you are in the middle of something that makes you feel uncomfortable.
